Prof. Margaret Muthwii

Prof. Margaret Muthwii is an educator and linguist with degrees from the University of Nairobi and the University of East Anglia, where she earned her Ph.D. She taught at Kenyatta University before joining the United Bible Societies, serving in translation leadership across Africa and globally until 2014. She later served two terms as Vice Chancellor of Pan Africa Christian University, completing her tenure in 2024. Widely published and active in governance, she has contributed to institutions such as Africa International University and SIL LEAD. Married to Samson, she is the mother of four sons and remains passionate about education and Bible translation.
