Randy Welsch

Randy Welsch lives in Colorado with his wife, Louellen, and they are the parents of five grown children. He is a leader and entrepreneur with a highly diverse background that includes C-suite executive leadership, software and space industry businesses, significant nonprofit board engagement, pastoring, church planting, professorship, executive leadership coaching, and impact investing.

He co-founded Jibu, which provides affordable drinking water to underserved urban communities across eight African countries through a franchise model with more than 14,000 points of sale. Randy has been a friend of Véroni Krüger for decades and deeply appreciates the visionary and strategic impact of The Word for the World.
